the location was awesome. it was next to everything i needed, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and main city attractions. the staff was also fantastic, very helpful, and importantly for me, the staff was multilingual.

the room was too tiny. we couldn't even walk in the room with two people while our luggages were on the floor. there were no slippers in the room, so going to the toilet or shower with shoes was uncomfortable.

Check-in took far too long. I stood in line for over an hour at 3 PM. The hotel wanted a 50 euro deposit, but I'm unsure why. The room was also much smaller than expected, barely enough space to move around.

The hotel's proximity to key attractions was awesome. i really appreciated the multilingual capabilities of the staff. It made communication easy, really. i found the location perfect for exploring. Everything seemed within easy reach.

i noticed some limitations with the food options available. while the convenience was nice, i hoped for a greater variety.
